Degree Law 196/03 "Personal data Protection Code" 

In accordance to the Section 13 of the Law Decree n. 196 dated June 30th, 2003, - Personal data Protection Code (hereinafter the "Code") – Euren InterSearch, as a data controller give you some information on the processing of your personal data.

1. Purposes of the processing of data

  • Your personal data are personally collected by Euren InterSearch during the recruitment process and job interviews, by post, fax, e-mail or website, through the forwarding of your CVs, or supplied by third parties, including other companies in charge for research and recruitment of personnel in compliance with the Code.
  • The collection and processing of your personal data will be made only to evaluate your profile, your attitude and your skills.
  • The collection and the processing concerns all the information mentioned your CVs including educational background, professional experience, remuneration, contact details, references, preferences etc. Your personal data shall be retained by Euren InterSearch, will be updated promptly and constantly and stored for the time strictly necessary to the aim of collecting and processing. The documents containing personal data will be stored for the time required by law.

2. Modalities of the processing of data

  • According to the section 11 of the Code the processing of the your personal data will be made through paper, computer and telephone: both ways will be kept and protected according to the Code.

3. Obligatory or voluntary nature of providing the requested data

  • The submission of your personal data is optional; however, refusing to provide your personal data would make it impossible for Euren InterSearch evaluate your experience and professional skills. Euren InterSearch will not be obliged to obtain your express consent to  your personal data collected upon your request (i.e spontaneous  dispatch of CVs ).
  • It may happen that the CVs includes personal data that the Code defines "sensitive". In such a case Euren InterSearch could process only the sensitive data that are relevant to the evaluation of your professional skill, to the extent that the acquisition of such information is strictly necessary to the establishment of an employment relationship or collaboration activities on condition that the collection of said data serves specific, legitimate purposes and is absolutely indispensable for setting up the aforementioned relationship. In particular the processing of data suitable for disclosing health of an applicant's family members or cohabiters is allowed with the data subject's written consent, if it is aimed at awarding a specific benefit to the applicant - in particular, with a view to the latter's mandatory recruitment or else in order to grant preferential treatment in connection with disability or sickness, war events or official duties.
  • We inform you that the collection of sensitive data as mentioned the above paragraph is required for the research and recruitment of personnel belonging to protected categories. For this purpose, any failure to provide such sensitive data or any refusal to a written consent to their processing, by you or, if applicable, by your family or partners, make it impossible for Euren InterSearch to evaluate your professional skill.
  • Any sensitive personal data mentioned by the CVs will be immediately deleted in the absence of your written consent to process them.

4. Disclosure of data

  • As required by law, personal data may be communicated to the following entities: financial institutions, tax authorities, professionals and consultants.

5. Data controller and the data controller's representative

  • Data controller is  Euren InterSearch, based in Turin Corso Marconi - 13.
  • Mr. Sebastiano Viani is the person in charge of the treatment to whom you could contact to enforce the rights as section 7 of the Code.

6. The rights as section 7 of the Code

  • You can always assert your rights towards the person in charge of the treatment, according to section 7 of DLgs.196/2003.
